The inspector Mark Cassidy has over 24 years combined experience as a remodeling contractor and a fire safety inspector for a certified building department, with an in-depth knowledge of the building experience, building structure, and its associated mechanical systems. Mark has maintained vigorous certifications the entire time and currently holds the coveted ASHI Certified Inspectors (ACI), which is the highest level of the American Society of Home Inspectors. A.S.H.I. is the only true 3rd party certified inspectors in the industry that are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. Mark currently holds a State of Ohio license as a Fire Safety Inspector # 0082630. Mark also holds a State of Ohio Fire Protection License # 54.18.5662 for servicing, testing, repairing, and installing Fire Service Mains, Sprinkler/Standpipe Systems, Fire Alarms/Detection, and Fire Pumps. In addition, Mark is certified with the International Code Council #8202673 as a Residential Building Inspector, Residential Fire Sprinkler System Inspector/Plans Examiner, Fire Plans Examiner, Commercial Fire Sprinkler Inspector, Commercial Fire Alarm Inspector, Fire Inspector 1, Fire Inspector 2, and Commercial Fire Sprinkler Plans Examiner Inspector.
Mark is also state licensed with the Board of Building Standards #5617 as a Fire Protection Inspection. He also holds a state of Ohio license #64.18.0021 as a Underground Storage Tank/Aboveground Storage Tank installer and inspector. Mark has recently applied with the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards as a Fire Plans Examiner./div>
